Recommended Reading/Resources on Fighting Lust and Sexual Immorality

We'll be discussing this topic from 1 Thessalonians 4:1-8 tomorrow in our Sunday gathering at 9:30AM at Shatto Recreation Center in Los Angeles.

The first three are for men or women, and the last one is aimed particularly at men:

1. Sex is Not the Problem, Lust is (formerly entitled, Not Even a Hint) by Josh Harris.
2. The Purity Principle by Randy Alcorn. He also has many helpful articles on the topic here on his website.
   
3. The Chapter on fighting Lust in Future Grace by John Piper. You can also look at Piper's many helpful articles, lectures, and sermons on the topic.
   
4. Porn-Again Christian (pdf here)by Mark Driscoll. This one is a bit more explicit and straight forward talk so be aware of that and at one or two points he said things that can make a man lust while he's reading it so beware. But I found it helpful and biblical in terms of its content and application to men today.
