CrossView Church's Trellises for Disciple-making

Thoughts:
1.    The line is DNA (TNT – truth [know/obey] and training [character/competence])
2.    The growth of the church in people come from CMTs and members engaging and winning the lost and through those who visit our Sunday gathering and are won to Christ in that context.
3.    Some CMTs leave to start a new church
4.    At the church plant you recreate the biggest box at the top again. It’s a Sunday gathering, a pastors’ training team, and CMTs.
5.    This keeps from the Soma/GCM/Total Church mistake of not clearly defining who the local church is whom the members and pastors are accountable for. The TNT between teams and those in the Sunday gathering keep the bigger group as the primary community, people, and team that the church is accountable for. This means that CMTs are optional for CrossViewers.
6.  The pastor needs an initial training time with his training team and then after that have a monthly meeting for maintenance, care, and untangling new or current issues in their teams and vine ministries. The leader meetings for maintenance: Bible, theology (reading/discussion), people work, prayer, and feedback.
